Of course, I completely understand his logic and know that he is right but I do wish he would not be quite so sanctimonious about his work sometimes. The one good thing about his job as far as I am concerned is that we have both made lots of new friends since he has started there. Right from the very beginning he got on well with nearly all of his colleagues and, as they are such a social bunch, we both got invited to parties at their houses regularly. Consequently I made friends with their wives as well and now we often go out on our own without our husbands. We regularly have dinner parties and attend them at my husband`s colleagues` homes and we do have a very good time all in all.
